EXTRA PERSON POLICY :

• A Child age 4- 9.99 yrs. who shared bed with parents will be charged THB. 400.-/night with ABF on 1 Nov – 30 Apr and THB. 250.- night with ABF on 1 May – 31 Oct. (Only 1 allow /room)
• Child 2-11.99 yrs. will be charged THB. 900.-/night /bed include ABF on 1 Nov -30 Apr and THB. 500.- /night /bed include ABF on 1 May – 31 Oct. (Only 1 Bed allow/room)
• Adult will be charged THB.1,200.-/night/ bed include ABF on 1 Nov – 30 Apr and THB. 700.- /night /bed include ABF on 1 May – 31 Oct.

CONDITIONS

• Visa and Master credit card are accepted.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. and check-out time is 12.00 hrs.

Late Check-Out :

• Depend on room available
• Extra charge 10% of room rate/hr and maximum till 17.00 pm

Cancellation Policy :

- 01 Nov - 30 Apr
• No charge if cancellation made 14 days prior arrival.

- 01 Nov - 20 Dec , 16 - 31 Jan and 01 Mar - 30 Apr
• Cancelation less than 14 days prior to arrival: 3 nights room rate charge.
• Cancellation less than 3 days will be full of charge.

- 21 Dec - 15 Jan and 1 - 28 Feb
• Cancellation less than 14 days : 7 nights room rate charge.
• Cancellation less than 3 days will be full of charge.

- 1 May - 31 Oct
• Cancelation less than 3 days prior to arrival: 1 night room rate charge.
• We shall not accept cancellations for reservation made at the resort between
Christmas Eve and New Year Eve (23/12– 8/1 after 30 November.
Should your reservation be cancelled full payment must be forthcoming.

Compulsory: Gala Dinner on 31st Dec

• Adult (+12 yrs): 2,000.-THB /person
• Child (4-11.99 yrs): 1,000.-THB /person
• Kid (0-3.99 yrs): FREE
***Cannot Refund

Remark :

• A valid goverment -issued identification or passport is requried at check - in.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
An administration 5% of bank fee will also be charged.
No Show :
• Will be charge full amount year round.

Early check out :

• Will be charge fully amount for year round and not charge only accident case
