Accommodation is the key factor in being ‘Accessible Resort’. Baan Khaolak Beach Resort has been receiving the prestigious Wheelchair Friendly Resort Awards annually, and even now, because of our accommodation and services that fully support wheelchair users.

Baan Khaolak Beach Resort is one of the few wheelchair-friendly beach resort in Thailand. The ideal accommodation for disabled persons is that we willing to see those who disabled are able to enjoy their holiday in Thailand-South, especially at real beach front resort at the most beautiful beaches.

Baan Khaolak Beach Resort received the prestigious Wheelchair Friendly Resort Award and Certificates from MSDHS [Ministry of Social Development and Human Security], also from ASA [The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage] in 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 for the amenities, facilities and outstanding services.

12 out of 24 superior rooms are the room of Baan Khaolak Beach Resort that is specially designed for well suitable for used by people with physical disabilities.

From the parking area to the lobby, along to swimming pools and beaches, all paths has designed to be wide and a gradient for easy wheelchair’s accessibility.

Facilities and Amenities in all 12 superior rooms and bathrooms can be easily adapted for wheelchair users and non-slip floor material made of high quality and stable.

The resort has toilets, which can be easily accessed by disabled people, in public areas both lobby and pool area.
